It's a story that revolves Kevin. The nostalgia of his mother’s womb still fresh in his senses, infant Kevin Khumalo unknowingly makes a wish. It is granted. In boarding school seventeen years later, a mysterious past catches up with him and he receives a necklace seemingly from nowhere.
An eerie, disembodied voice then speaks to him while he breaks into his dormitory’s Prefects’ Room in broad daylight and it heralds his immediate future…..his dear Mother’s life suddenly rests in his palms. Khulekani, his elder brother whom when last checked, has been dead for half a decade, had already left pointers to lead Kevin to a Parallel World on the other side of the mirror.
 
Destiny winks an uncanny and not so friendly memo that an abrupt rendezvous is on the cards.
